Seen this guy?

Around 5:45 p.m. on Aug. 16, he was in the middle of an argument with an employee at the BP gas station on the westbound Horace Harding Expressway by 167th Street in Flushing, police said.

It escalated. The suspect threw a half-full Gatorade bottle at the worker, hitting him in the head.

The victim sustained a laceration but refused medical attention at the scene.

Police describe the man as Hispanic and in his late 20s to early 30s. He was last seen wearing a traffic vest.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish, 1 (888) 57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit tips by logging onto nypdcrimestoppers.com, or by texting 274637 (CRIMES), then entering TIP577.

All tips are strictly confidential.
