The homeless man who fatally bludgeoned a Flushing resident in Forest Park last year is scheduled to be sentenced on Wednesday after pleading guilty in late June, a Queens district attorney spokeswoman said.

The spokeswoman said Zoltan Forai pleaded guilty to murder charges on June 30 and will be sentenced on Aug. 10. She did not say how much time Forai is facing.

Forai was arrested June 19 last year and charged with murder in the death of Flushing resident Diego Piedrahita.

According to cops, Piedrahita was found dead on June 10 with head trauma. Forai, who frequented the Band Shell and Victory Field areas of Forest Park, bludgeoned the victim with a rock and kicked him.

When he was arrested, he was found drinking a can of beer in the park and he had shaved his beard in an attempt to differentiate himself from a picture of him on a wanted poster, the DA's office said.
