NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill, top left, was on hand Monday night as the 113th Precinct Community Council honored its Citizen of the Month and Cops of the Year for 2017 at its monthly meeting

Johneesa Harper, top center, was honored by the council, O’Neill and Deputy Inspector Jerry O’Sullivan, right, for her long history of volunteer work in the community. Council President Karen Clements said Citizen of the Month Harper was selected by personnel from the 113th Precinct.
