Detectives from the NYPD’s 105th Precinct are investigating a pair of shooting incidents in which one person was killed and three wounded less than 30 minutes apart last Saturday morning.

Police said the first incident took place at 1:11 a.m. when officers responding to a 911 call near 178-10 146 Terrace in Springfield Gardens, top, found Chaz Morrison, 38, of 182nd Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

He was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he passed away just before 2 a.m.

The second incident took place at about 1:35 a.m. at the intersection of 252nd Street and Hillside Avenue in Bellerose, above.

Police said a 24-year-old man was found shot in the arm by an unknown gunman who fled the scene in a back Dodge Challenger. Two other victims were found a short time later. All three were treated at area hospitals and were expected to survive.
