A Rochdale Village man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his nephew to death in their apartment last Saturday.

Police said Eric Coleman, 41, of 127 Avenue, has been charged with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the death of Terrall Coleman, 30.

According to the NYPD, officers from the 113th Precinct responded at 4:47 a.m. to a 911 call reporting that a man had been stabbed.

Officers found Terrall Coleman suffering from multiple stab wounds to his torso and one to his head.

He was transported by EMS personnel to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and pronounced dead. The Daily News reported that the two lived in the same apartment in the Rochdale complex.

The NYPD reported Saturday that “a 41-year-old-male, known to the victim” had been taken into custody while the investigation continued. Police announced just after 8:30 a.m. on Monday morning that Eric Coleman had been charged.
