The proper cafe has been around for good while now, but it's really going down hill in these modern times. The entertainment is at best, ok at times. for the most part the decor, restrooms and kitchen need a serious overhaul and a few employees need to be seriously replaced. The first one should be a old grumpy female who goes by the name of (Justice) who is definitely one of the proper cafe's downfalls, She has no respect for customers or employees and couldn't run a free soup kitchen. To sum it all up, the proper cafe lost track of the years that have gone by and are still stuck in the 70's. It's either time for new younger management or throw in the towel. Nothing last forever.
