Gateway National Recreation Area’s Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge will host the artwork of artist Lois Stiene now through Oct. 27. The show, entitled Refuge on Canvas, features oil paintings inspired by the park’s landscapes through the seasons. The Wildlife Refuge is located on Crossbay Blvd., 1-1/2 miles south of the North Channel Bridge in Broad Channel.
