Dear Editor:
Re “104th Explorers pitch in,” Feb. 12, Mid-Queens editions:
Can someone please tell me:
1) Did your photographer not notice that the middle person in this picture had his underwear hanging out and perhaps should have kindly reminded them that they are taking a picture and to look presentable?
2) If for some crazy reason the photographer did not notice this, why did your paper print this picture?
I have always prided your paper on being responsible, moral, etc., but this picture threw me for a loop. This should have not been printed. I don’t care what the “fad” is that kids nowadays walk around like this, we do not have to be subjected to it in our neighborhood paper.
“Undergarments” are to be worn “underneath,” not be exposed.
