Frame Art Gallery in Fresh Meadows is celebrating its 40th anniversary. The store was opened on Oct. 13, 1971, by Ina Frey. It is now owned by her daughter, Donna Drimer, who also owns Matted, an art gallery and supply store in Long Island City.
