The Police Department is seeking a man who sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl in an apartment building elevator in Flushing July 31.
The suspect is described as an Asian man between 45 and 55 years old, about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 165 to 170 pounds. He was wearing a green shirt with blue stripes and tan shorts at the time of the crime.
Police did not say exactly what the man had done to the girl.
