The Howard Beach Kiwanis Club held its 51st Anniversary Dinner Dance at Roma View in Howard Beach on Saturday night with food, dancing, raffles and a photo booth. The past year, especially Hurricane Sandy and its immediate aftermath in the neighborhood, was not far from anyone’s mind at the event.
