I have watched Skillman Avenue become one yuppie enclave after another. Those of us who are long timers enjoy getting out into the fresh air and seeing our neighbors at the street fairs. It is what makes Sunnyside/Woodside special. We are Blue Collar down to our bones. Sorry if it offends your Nouveau Riche sensibilities. Keep the fairs and lose the Yuppies.
