Police are looking for a man who assaulted a teenage girl in an Astoria alley.
At 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday the victim, a 16-year-old, walked into an alley next to 22-63 43 St. where the suspect — a 6-foot-tall, black man in his mid-20s —attacked her and then fled the scene.
The victim sustained head injuries and is listed in critical but stable condition at Elmhurst Hospital.
