Councilman Jimmy Van Bramer, left, joined Woodside Tenants Association President Annie Cotton Morris and founder of the East River Development Alliance Bishop Mitchell Taylor on Saturday to celebrate a $350,000 installation of security cameras and upgrades at Woodside Houses.

Residents also gathered in Cherry Park to celebrate their Annual Family Day with games and food.

Children got a chance to climb aboard the American Museum of Natural History’s Moveable Museum that contained an interactive dinosaur exhibit.

Welcome to the discussion.
