A Corona resident was arraigned on Friday night for allegedly engaging young girls over the internet to participate in what he reportedly called “The Game.”

Jorel Fowler, 23, would award points to children for performing various activities including sexual acts which he requested of the girls, starting with five points for a smile, according to the Queens District Attorney’s Office.

According to the charges, NYPD detectives received a cyber tip line report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding a child luring and child pornography complaint involving a 12-year-old girl from Altus, Okla.

Following the tip, the detectives went to Fowler’s home on Feb. 20 and, with his permission, removed an Asus laptop and an iPhone 5.

A forensic examination of the computer recovered seven videos entitled: “Sarah,” “Tiffany and Britney,” “Katelyn,” “Julia,” “Gabrielle,” “Ashley” and “Alex.”

The files allegedly include text and video conversations between Fowler and different girls who are all under 16 years of age, and engaging in “The Game.”

There are several levels to the game, according to the DA. At each level the defendant asks the child if she would like to proceed — which involves the child touching various body parts with her finger or objects.

DA Richard Brown said that, according to the charges, the videos that were recovered from Fowler’s computer depict the girls going through each level of the game, removing their clothing and displaying their bodies. At the end of “The Game,” the defendant allegedly asked the girls if they wanted to play again and asked for their cell phone numbers.

The defendant admitted to police he had been in touch more than 10 minor females according to the DA.

Fowler is charged with seven counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child and seven counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was being held on bail at $1 million bond of $750 cash. He faces up to 15 years in prison, if convicted.
