On Oct. 2, at 9:36 a.m., a suspect entered a Citibank located at 80-19 Roosevelt Ave. in Jackson Heights. He approached the teller and passed her a note that stated he was in possession of a firearm and demanded cash.

The teller complied and the suspect fled with approximately $800. He is described as a white male, 25 to 30 years old who is 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a slim build. He was wearing a gray knitted hat and carrying a black guitar case.
