Steven Pacchiano, associate broker from Connexion I Real Estate in Howard Beach, was honored as one of the Long Island Board of Realtors Young Professional Network’s “20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate,” at the organization’s 2nd Annual “Red Carpet Night” on June 25 at the Fox Hollow restaurant in Woodbury, LI.
Twenty real estate professionals 40 years of age or younger from Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties were chosen for their excellence in the areas of sales, leadership and community involvement and have demonstrated ingenuity, creativity and leadership in their careers. Candidates for this award represent what the selection committee considers an overall well-rounded realtor.
Pacchiano has been a realtor for almost a decade and works for Connexion I Real Estate in Howard Beach, which has been serving Howard Beach and the rest of Queens and Long Island for over 25 years. Steven is a listing specialist and a top producer who uses many marketing techniques and an honest, no-nonsense approach.
“We are the largest producing office in Howard Beach as well as do the most advertising for our clients” says Steven. “Before making an offer from a buyer, I run a full credit report, acquire last year’s tax return, and get a pre-approval from whoever is making the offer. Making sure the buyer is qualified is extremely important. A seller needs to know they have a solid offer and a buyer shouldn’t be wasting their time and money if they aren’t going to be approved. Banks have been picky when it comes to handing out loans and co-op and condo boards are picky as well. Doing the right thing by your buyers and sellers is what makes for continued referrals and repeat clients.”
Pacchiano being a very unique broker with a fresh approach is now listed as one of the Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate. He strives to find buyers exactly what they are looking for and to further his selling client’s exposure and get their property sold.
