Hundreds of people filled Father Dooley Hall at St. Helen School in Howard Beach Tuesday evening for an annual community health fair.
The Kiwanis Club of Howard Beach partnered with St. Helen and Catholic Charities of Queens and Brooklyn to sponsor the event. The Queens Chronicle, The Forum, TD Bank and Jamaica Hospital Medical Center helped to co-sponsor it.
The event drew about 25 groups, which helped to disperse information on health and safety to South Queens residents.
