The family of a 16-year-old girl who went missing from Ozone Park Sunday is asking the public's help in finding her.

Xaviera Hamidage has a heart condition and needs medication. But there's been no contact with her since 7 p.m. Sunday. She was last seen near the corner of 95th Avenue and 125th Street.

Xaviera is 5 feet tall and weighs 85 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes. She has a tattoo of a wolf on her left forearm and another of her name inside a heart on her hip.

Anyone with information may call Xaviera's family at (718) 526-1610. The 102nd Precinct can be reached at (718) 805-3200.
