April was anniversary month as Prima Pasta & Cafe of Howard Beach celebrated 20 years of serving the community with a special thank you to all their loyal customers throughout the years.

The festivities culminated with an abundance of fabulous food, music, champagne and a cake topped with chocolate-covered strawberries.

Prima Pasta continues to offer a full menu of wonderful Italian dishes, from antipasto and fresh pasta to entrees such as veal marsala, talapia oreganata and shrimp parmagiana and grilled steak.

But the best kept secret at Prima Pasta is the brick oven pizza! Cooked to perfection in a coal oven, it is thin and crisp with just the right amount of sauce and topped with fresh mozzarella, or almost anything else you desire.

If it’s been a while since your last visit, there’s definately a good reason to stop by again; you’ll be treated like family!

Enjoy the all-you-can-eat buffet every Monday, for either lunch or dinner, and live music every Friday night. There’s a private catering room available and free parking, and the restaurant is open seven days a week.

Prima Pasta & Cafe is located at 161-50B Crossbay Blvd. in Howard Beach. The number is (718) 659-7278 and the web address is PrimaPastaNY.com
