    The WPU is claiming that the illegal lobbying should nullify the 2008 council approval. Pinsky disagrees: “There is no legal merit. The project is moving forward and we’ve addressed the remedies of the Attorney General’s Office. I am confident the 2008 land use review process will stand.”

    we will fight this to the end , no way will this thing get built , it will be over 10 years before anything gets done . also the city has not reached agreements with 95 percent of the Willets Point landowners there is still over 50 % of land owners have not even got a phone call from E.D.C. so they should stop the lies and wasteing of tax payers money , W.P.U. a group fighting the city has 40 % of the land and no deal or phone calls from E.D.C. lies lies lies , THE FIGHT WILL GO ON
