The Kiwanis Club of Howard Beach held its 52nd Annual Dinner Dance on Saturday, April 27th at Roma View. The club honored three community leaders.
Developer and Howard Beach native Frank Sciame received a community service award. Former Assemblywoman and current Queens County Clerk Audrey Pheffer received the Clement Vicari service award. Immediate past club president Edward Tudisco, who spearheaded the Kiwanis response to Hurricane Sandy, was also honored.
