    This. You insist you supposedly want less government interference by proposing 'solutions' that require more government funding & oversight = TREMENDOUS FAIL. Plus, this isn't the old west where 'Good' Texans aren't going to travel all over the country stopping 'bad' guys with their guns.

    Last I checked, there were 19,429 U.S. mayors.
