Funny, that Mr. Comrie did not mention at all some action plan on helping to clean up Jamaica, which has a horrenedous garbage/litter/illegal dumping problem, especially in his district which is the worse. Amazing her is a councilman for three years in Jamaica, lives in the St. Alban section of greater Jamaica, is totally aware of this major quality of life issue, yet no mention of it or Jamaica or any type of action plan to combat it. I wonder if Mr. Comrie ever mentioned the major garbage problem in his district to Mayor Bloomberg in his meetings with the mayor.
