Police are asking for the public’s assistance with identifying a man wanted for grand larceny in Flushing.
On Feb. 5, at 10 p.m., a woman locked her keys in her car in a municipal parking lot opposite 135-20 39 Ave.
While she was looking for help, a stranger broke into her car and took her pocketbook, with credit cards, money and an iPhone.
Her credit cards were used at two separate stores by an unknown man: the H-Mart at 141-40 Northern Blvd., and California Farmers Market, located at 21-61 31 St.
