Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a man wanted for forcible touching. On Oct. 13, at about 5 p.m., at Home Lawn Street and Aspen Place, the suspect allegedly approached an 18-year-old woman from behind and forcibly touched her. He is described as a Hispanic male in his 20s, approximately 6 foot, 2 inches tall.
He was last seen wearing a white shirt with black stripes, gray sweatpants and white sneakers. He also has a large scar from the top of his head to his neck.
