I sure hope an independent third party is managing those funds. Let's not forget how friendly the Station Road Civic was with Dan Halloran, the infamous poster boy of Queens corruption. The Civic and Halloran were thick as thieves. The Civic's biggest stink over the years has been with Star Auto group, with Halloran attending many of their ineffective and pointless rallies against the reputable car dealer.
