Tearing down one large school to create several small schools is not the answer. Give the teachers and the community the resources they need. DOE's solution to Flushing's issues is to cram more kids in an overcrowded school, hire more Principals, set schools in competition for finite resources, and pit student vs. student. Closing schools is not the answer!
