Controversial developer’s Bayside odyssey may end with BSA decision
CB11 votes ‘no’ on Huang variance 1
Construction at the controversial developer Tommy Huang’s row of houses next to 223rd Street was long ago brought to a standstill by stop work orders, but Community Board 11’s unanimous vote to deny Huang a variance to continue building may put the kibosh on the entire project. The BSA will have the final say.
