The event celebrated the 50th anniversary of the World’s Fair at Flushing Meadows. It was sponsored by the North Queens Community Programs Committee, made up of 20 area organizations.

The committee will present a music and movie night at the park on Thursday, Aug. 21 at 6 p.m.
