The NYPD asks for the public’s help in locating a man wanted for allegedly raping a woman, 26, in Jamaica on Sept. 27 at around 2:15 p.m. He is also accused of threatening her with force before the attack, police said.
The suspect is identified as Stephen Rasool, 30. He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, with a medium build and brown hair and eyes.
