Keri Gill of Rosedale, a student at St. Saviour High School in Park Slope, Brooklyn, received a perfect score on the National Latin Exam.

School officials said Keri, who is in her junior year at the school, was notified that she was just one of 792 students to get a perfect score from among more than 140,000 taking the exam.

The test was issued in 17 countries including Canada, Italy, Taiwan, Germany, China, Japan and the Philippines.

Keri could tell you that “prodigialis” translates loosely to “fantastic.”

Welcome to the discussion.
