The Easter Bunny entertained hundreds of children and families lastSaturday at the 13th annual Spring Flingand Easter Egg Hunt at St. Albans Park, sponsored by Affinity Health Plan and the office of Councilman Daneek Miller (D-St. Albans).
Young children patientlywaited on lines to hunt for eggs, participate in fitness activitiesand play on rides and slides on one of the first sunny spring daysof the year.
The event took over most of the park with rides, abouncy house and a main stage with dance and musical acts. Healthactivities included free dental screenings, bloodpressure checks, CPR instruction and exercise activitiessuch as a short obstacle course, jumping jacks and more for kids.
