I want to correct some information. I am not President of the Creedmoor Civic Association. He is Mike O'Keeffe. My civic, which is adjacent to the parcels that the ICCC wants to build their two 100'+ buildings, is the The Bellerose Hillside Civic Association. We, in the past supported the Father Reder Senior Apartments and still do support senior housing. We welcome development in character with our neighborhood and in accordance with the Creedmoor Master Plan which was developed by civic leaders, the Queens Civic Congress and the Queen's Borough President's office in June 1999..
