The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect in an alleged stabbing that took place in Jamaica in the early-morning hours of Dec. 21.

Police at the 103rd Precinct said the incident took place at about 4:50 a.m. outside the Euphoria Bar, which is located at 144-05 Jamaica Ave.

According to authorities, the alleged attack took place while a 22-year-old man was involved in a confrontation with another man.

Police believe that during the dispute, the man pictured in the surveillance photograph, above right, allegedly stabbed the victim multiple times throughout his body before fleeing westbound in Jamaica Avenue in a black four-door sedan.

The victim was taken to an area hospital by EMS personnel from the FDNY, and was reported to be in critical but stable condition as of Monday afternoon.

Anyone with information on the suspect’s identity or his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 577-TIPS (8477). The public also can submit tips by logging onto nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting 274637 (CRIMES), then entering TIP577.

All tips are strictly confidential.
