The suspect in the May 2012 death of a Jamaica man has been arrested in Georgia and brought back to New York City to face charges that include second-degree murder

Tracy Johnson, 28, also is facing charges of criminal use of a firearm and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon in the shooting death of Shakey Foster-Bay, 24, of 118th Road.

Published reports say the two were romantic rivals over the same woman.

Police from the 113th Precinct responded  to a home on Galway Avenue at about 4:15 a.m. to find Foster-Bay suffering gunshot wounds to his torso, one arm and one leg.

He was pronounced dead on arrival at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.
