Cops seek public’s help in finding rapist

Man attacked woman in Jamaica alley

The NYPD is seeking the public’s help in identifying the man who raped a young woman in Jamaica on Friday.

Armed with a gun, the assailant forced his 21-year-old victim into an alley near 190th Street and 111th Road, a little before 1 a.m. and raped her, police said. The victim was taken to an area hospital where she was treated and released.

The suspect is described as a black man, 20 to 25 years old, between 5 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 5 inches tall, with a thin build. He was wearing a black Champion-brand hoodie and a grey scarf.
