The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two teenagers who are wanted for as many as seven cell phone robberies in Forest Hills and Rego Park between Dec. 20 and Jan. 2.

Police in the NYPD’s 112th Precinct in Forest Hills said the suspects are black males, approximately 16 to 17 years old, wearing dark clothing.

Police said the suspects approach the victims from behind and forcibly take their phones.

The statement issued by the NYPD on Friday made no mention of injuries to any of the victims.

The first two attacks took place within two hours of each other on Dec. 20. The first took place at 6:05 p.m. when a 42-year-old man was robbed at Yellowstone Boulevard and 67th Avenue.

At approximately 8 p.m. that night they attacked a 39-year-old woman at the intersection of Yellowstone and Queens boulevards.

They struck again on Christmas Day, robbing a 27-year-old woman at the intersection of Queens Boulevard and 67th Avenue.

The thieves next struck on consecutive days, returning to Yellowstone and 67th Avenue at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 28 to rob a 28-year-old woman, and again at about 3:10 p.m. on Dec. 29, attacking a 35-year-old woman on 67th Drive.

The duo’s next victim was robbed on Dec. 31 just before 4 p.m. on Queens Boulevard.

No information was released on the victim.

The most recent attack took place on Wednesday, Jan. 2, when a 54-year-old man was targeted in the same block on the opposite side of Queens Boulevard.

Anyone with information on the incidents is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 577-TIPS (8477). The public also can submit tips by logging onto nypdcrimestoppers.com by texting 274637 (CRIMES), then entering TIP577. All tips are strictly confidential.
