Subway robber strikes again

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a black, Hispanic male in relation to a robbery that occurred on July 23 in Manhattan.

At approximately 9:30 p.m., the suspect boarded a southbound C train. He then assaulted and robbed the victim ofhis iPhone and exited the train at the West 125 Street and Nicholas Avenue subway station in Manhattan.

His whereabouts are unknown.

The NYPD reports that the suspect has targeted at least four people on the B and C train lines recently and has left several victims with serious injuries.

The robberies generally take place in Manhattan but the police are unsure where the suspect, who was last seen wearing a red T-shirt and dark pants, resides in the city. They are asking all precincts to be on the lookout.
