I live on the south side of Queens Blvd. on 63 Drive. There is a tree pit in front of my home with a huge tree and the surround is landscaped with plants, bulbs, etc. Doesn't matter. Passersby throw in cans, bottles, garbage, dog droppings, paper, napkins, etc. It doesn't help that I am a block from Dunkin Donuts. I clean it every day, every time I go out. Sanitation inspector goes by in the morning before I get to it and I get a summons.
