Thanks to staffers, the members of the Briarwood Community Association led by President Seymour Schwartz, Melrose Credit Union, Alba Pizzeria and helpers from Archbishop Molloy High School, last Sunday’s Briarwood Street Fair was a success.

Held in front of the school on Manton and Main streets, the fair featured free pizza from Alba, arts and crafts, dancing, a bounce house, a Queens Library booth, CPR training by the Fire Department, top, facepainting, above, and more.

Talented young singer Alexi Zadanosky, inset, entertained the crowd with her renditions of several songs, including the hit “Let it Go” from “Frozen.”

Welcome to the discussion.
